NBA Daily Fantasy Sports Lineups: March.25th

I have some good news and some bad news. The bad news is that you’re going to hear way too many people walking around trying to sound like a camel from an insurance commercial today. However, the good news is that Wednesday is the biggest day of the week in terms of NBA fantasy purposes. Wednesday brings us a massive 13 game slate that is filled with enticing match ups. Over at DraftKings, we have a chance to take down the $100,000 Crossover, but the big money on Wednesday will be given away on FanDuel where someone will walk away with $100,000 after taking down the Wednesday MEGA Slam. Once again, the large amount of money will probably be decided by some player that wouldn’t have even been fantasy relevant a month ago. However, at this time of the year, the key to success is choosing the right value players when teams have injuries or rest players. I expect tomorrow to be no different, and I am going to point you in the direction of the best value plays for tomorrow.

Point Guard

Damian Lillard ($7,600Dk, $8,700FD) – As you can see, there is a huge price discrepancy on Lillard between the two major sites. Therefore, I have to admit that I like Lillard much more on DraftKings where I will be rostering him in nearly every lineup. He had a big game last night against the Warriors, and I expect him to continue to have huge numbers until Aldridge returns. If Aldridge somehow plays tonight, Lillard is not an elite play, but with L.A. out, Lillard will see all of the ball that he wants and more. On DraftKings he is an elite play, and on FanDuel he is still solid.

Other Solid options – Westbrook (price is crazy), CP3(Blowout risk), Kemba

Shooting Guard

Eric Bledsoe ($8,200, $8,700) – If there is one guy you want to have in your line ups tonight it may be Bledsoe. His price tag is pretty high for a guy who can be a real let down occasionally, but he has been on fire recently posting over 48 fantasy points in three of his last four games, and he gets to ride that momentum into a matchup with a team that makes All Star game defense look like the Bad Boys Pistons. Bledsoe is as close to a sure thing to get 45 points as you’ll find tonight, and he may go for 60.

Other solid options – Play Bledsoe, Play Bledose, If you refuse, play Harden.

Small Forward

kawhi Leonard ($8,200, 8,500) – Kawhi has been as solid and consistent as they come recently, and he comes at a price point that is a level below the top tier. Oh, by the way, he will be playing in an up tempo game, and a combination of Dion Waiters and Kyle Singler will attempt to guard him…. need I say more?

Other solid options – Gay, Ariza, Tucker

Power Forward

Kenneth Faried ($7,400, $7,000) – Both of the power forwards that will play in this game are great options as Nerlens Noel also has a great match up. However, Faried has been a bit more consistent of late and has around the same up side as Noel and comes at a slightly lower price. This should be an up and down game which suits Faried perfectly. I expect him to have 3o fantasy points at least with the possibility of much much more.

Other solid options – Noel, Mitotic (only if Noah sits), Timmmmmy

Gorgui Dieng ($6,400, 6,700) – Nikola Pekovic has already been ruled out for tonight’s game against the Lakers so Dieng will once again see heavy minutes. He has proven to have huge upside, and he gets a great match up against the Lakers. Dieng’s fantasy points have wavered greatly over the past two weeks, but he hasn’t had any games that were total bust, and he has 50 point upside.

Other solid options – Kanter, Gobert, Valanciunas
