The Orlando Magic played the second game of a back-to-back against Central Division opposition, travelling to face the Bucks in Milwaukee. The Magic were coming off a blowout loss to Indiana, and looked to bounce back quickly.

The first quarter went well for the Magic, and they led 31-29. In what was truly a back-and-forth game, both sides had the lead at some point in the first half, but it was Orlando who led at halftime, 57-54. The sides kept trading blows going into the third quarter, and the game was tied at 72 heading into the fourth and final quarter. The Magic failed to execute late on, allowing the Bucks to take and hold a lead, and it was Milwaukee who picked up the win, 97-91.

Khris Middleton was dominant on the offensive end, running Orlando ragged, scoring 30 points and making all four of his three-point attempts. Zaza Pachula recorded a double-double with 10 points and 12 rebounds, and Michael Carter-Williams recovered from a poor first-half to have 11 points, 9 rebounds, and 6 assists. For Orlando, Nikola Vucevic had 19 points and 14 boards, whilst Tobias Harris had 17 points against his former team.

The Bucks go to 34-30 on the season, whilst the Magic fall to 21-45, as their playoff hopes now seem all but extinct.
