Two of the best players to play the game, these two somehow did not win a title together. Well, I guess that depends who you ask. In 1971, 9 games into the season, Baylor was informed he would be coming off the for the Lakers. Rather than coming off the bench, Baylor opted to retire. Oddly enough, the Lakers went on their record 33 game winning streak and won the championship that season. Baylor did receive a championship ring, though he certainly wasn’t part of the team. So did this duo win a ring? Yes, technically. But not really. Nonetheless, look at those stats! They are absolutely absurd, and shows how much this duo dominated the league, despite never winning a championship. These two could both light up the scoreboard, but certainly were each much more than just scorers. They played greatly together, and are certainly a top 15 dynamic duo of all time.
